Our office is based in beautiful Gloucestershire surrounded by stunning countryside and our fulfilment centre is in Milton Keynes which is where all of our orders are dispatched from. We're extremely proud to be a local British company.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
We offer Free UK Standard Delivery Over £40 and many other faster delivery methods including next day courier starting from just £4.75
We don’t like to keep anyone waiting, but in order to ensure the safety of our teams and suppliers, our Standard Delivery may take up to 5 working days. Please be patient with us during this time.
International Orders | We also offer Fast Courier Tracked Delivery to Europe. Your order will arrive within 5-7 working days but may take a little longer due to COVID-19 related delays. (Pricing varies by country, please check country shipping costs at checkout).
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SENT FROM?
Your order will be processed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre so no waiting around for weeks - you'll receive your order nice and quickly!
IS IT SAFE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We'd like to reassure you that receiving orders remains safe. We use Royal Mail & DPD to send your order who have both introduced social distancing measures and contact-free delivery.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, we are happy to arrange a return or exchange for you. Our returns policy is 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (this is very important). It is helpful to include your name and order number in the return package. Please Contact Us to request a return and we'll send you instructions to follow.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact us immediately if you notice that your delivery details are incorrect. We'll try our best to get this change in time before your order is dispatched. Please note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.
